Commemorating a quarter century of growth
As one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups, CapitaLand has shaped cities, communities, and lives across the region. To honour the milestone of their 25th Anniversary, we were tasked with creating a distinct anniversary identity and a commemorative brand video—designed to reflect the scale of CapitaLand’s impact and the quiet confidence with which it moves forward.
A mark made for the milestone
At the heart of the identity was a custom-designed 25th Anniversary logo, built entirely from elements of the CapitaLand masterbrand. The design brings together the number “25” and the brand’s iconic “i-man”, stylised as a figure in forward motion—capturing both momentum and continuity.
The mark was designed to feel cohesive, contemporary, and versatile, working seamlessly across internal and public-facing platforms, from digital assets to gala backdrops.
Spaces that speak for themselves
The anniversary video brought CapitaLand’s legacy to life by highlighting the spaces it has shaped, and the people who inhabit them. From retail and residential to workspace and hospitality, the film traced how CapitaLand has helped cities evolve, communities connect, and futures take shape.
Set to a purposeful rhythm and anchored in the line “Shaping the Future”, the video leaned into CapitaLand’s dual identity: a steward of the past, and a builder of what’s to come.
